1. Once they login to the portal user will be presented with List of Equipment(s) as per their access as below

 

 

  1. To Fill an Equipment, User can click on the Fill button of respective Equipment.       
  2. After clicking on Fill button, user will be presented below view having all the currently active selection code, max, min quantity and the product with their recent updated quantity.

 

 By default, selection is updated to their max quantity to make Fill process quick for the user. If user want, they can change the Refill quantity field of a selection with the desired quantity.

 

Each selection is also highlighted with different colour as below.

green: represent reported quantity is good in system. 

red: represent reported quantity is low in system. 

 

Equipment Fill Process

 

Step 1. 

                    Select an effective fill date from the date textbox field.

Step 2. 

                   User can choose following ways to fill an equipment.

                    A. Full Equipment 

                        B. Partial Fill

 

  1. Full Equipment

 After selecting an effective Fill date, user can just click on Fill All button to mark all selection refilled up to their max quantity.

Optionally, user can update the quantity of all selection as per the desired fill plan and then select Fill All button to mark Fill of the equipment. 

  1. Partial Fill

If user do not want to Fill all selection at once or want to fill specific selection instead of all selection. They can update refill qty of desired selection as per the fill plan and Click on Fill button of respective selection code.

 

When user try to fill an equipment with the fill date before selection no activation date, they might get a warning popup as below to confirm changes (other selections where this is not the case, will refill correctly as per update)

 

 

As the popup says, confirming the fill with the selected date will also update old sales from the Fill date.

 

Change / Product for a selection:

Note: Only some users who have access to update product will be able to do this process.

If user want to change the product of a selection, they can do that by clicking on Edit icon of the selection.

 

Once they click on that they will be presented a different view as below

 

 

User can select a product by searching by name or code.

 

They will not be able to change selection code and display code, but they can also update other attribute like min, max, dispense, re-order, sale price etc.

 

This activity expires the current product for the selection and then add new product to that selection.

Once done with product update, they can click on   to go back and continue filling equipment with updated product.

 

Note: Users need to keep in mind that changing product for a selection might mark some sales as exception sale if those are not sync/ settled before changing the product 

 

 

Additionally, in place help is also been provided to the users that they can access buy clicking on  icon on the Fill page.
