Planogram Module: 

• Planogram is visual representations of a Vending products and selections on display.
• Provider of the Equipment can define planogram for each Equipment.
• Planogram contains information like Selection number, Display code, Product for selection, Max Quantity, Min Quantity, Re-order Quantity for Product added in selection.

1. Create Planogram:
2. Provider can create Equipment Planogram by following processes:

1. Create Planogram manually: Add all details for each selection manually.
2. Import Planogram: Add all selections and product information for each selection in CSV and import CSV to create planogram.
3. Clone Planogram:   Create planogram for equipment by cloning with existing planogram of other Equipment.

1. Create Planogram Manually: 
2. Provider can create new planogram by following below steps:

• Click on Equipment Menu (Menu >> Equipment)
• Click on Planogram. This will redirect to Equipment Planograms page.
• Click on Add to create new planogram.

• Select Equipment for which you want to create planogram.
• Add all Selections and Products for selections
• Review and save details.

1. Add name of the planogram.
2. Select Equipment for which you want to create planogram.
3. it will load allocation details of selected Equipment.

1. Click on next to add selection details.
2. Click on block to add selection details.
3. Add Selection no, Display no.
4. Search and select product from dropdown.
5. Add Maximum Quantity, Minimum Quantity, Reorder Quantity, Sale Price.

XI. Click on finish to save all planogram details.

1. Import Planogram: 
2. Provider can import planogram using CSV. Process to import planogram using CSV is as follows:

• Click on Equipment Menu (Menu >> Equipment)
• Click on Planogram. This will redirect to Equipment Planograms page.
• Click on Import to create new planogram using import CSV.

1. Add name of the planogram.
2. Select Equipment for which you want to create planogram.
3. it will load allocation details of selected Equipment.

1. Click on Next to add selection information.
2. Click on Download Sample CSV to get Template to upload planogram.
3. Add required selection details like selection no, display code, product code, min Quantity, Maximum Quantity etc. in CSV.

Before uploading CSV make sure: 

• All fields available in CSV are mandatory. Make sure all information is filled.
• Product code should be same as added in Product list. 
• All Product code should exist in Product list. If not add products before loading CSV.
• Make sure row and col field is field in serial wise. There should not be any blank selection for any row.
• Planogram will not allow any blank block between two blocks.
• Dispense quantity, Min Quantity and Re-order quantity should be less than Max Quantity.
• Sale Price must be greater than 0.
• Row and col are the position of the selection. It starts from 0. 0 Row and 0 col is the first block of the first row.

1. Click on upload CSV to load planogram data.
2. System will ask you to confirm that product added in CSV should exist in provider product list.

24. Update product information if any error with product code and click on next to preview details.
25. Click on save after reviewing details. 

It will create planogram as per the details of CSV.

1. Clone Planogram:
2. Clone planogram is used when you want to create exact same planogram as existing.
3. Following is the steps to clone planogram.

1. Select Planogram from the existing planograms from which you want to make copy.
2. Once you select planogram it will enable clone button to clone planogram for other equipment.
3. Click on clone.
4. Once you click  on Clone it will open form to add equipment details for which you want to clone planogram.
5. Add Planogram Name and select Equipment.
6. Click on Next to load selection details of cloned planogram. It will load same planogram details as selected planogram.
7. You can update details of any selection before preview.
8. Click on next to preview planogram details.
9. Click on Finish to create planogram.

1. Print Planogram:

• Provider can print planogram in PDF format.
• Process to print planogram:

1. Go to Planogram page (Menu >> Equipment >> Planogram)
2. Select planogram from the list you want to print.
3. Once you select any planogram it will enable print planogram button.
4. Click on print planogram. It will download planogram details in PDF format. PDF will contain details like Display code, Selection code, Product Code, Product description, Max Quantity, Sale Price.

1. Expire Planogram:

• Provider have access to expire planogram.
• Process to Expire planogram:

1. Go to Planogram page (Menu >> Equipment >> Planogram)
2. Select planogram from the list you want to delete/expire.
3. Once you select planogram it will enable Expire button.
4. Click on Expire.
