Equipment Model: 

  • Every provider has their own Model for each Equipment.
  • Provider can define Model based on model type.
  • There are Two type of model defined for the Provider.
  1. PPE Vending Machine
  2. Streben-RC-Card Reader V3.5

 

  1. Create Equipment Model: 
  • Provider can create new Equipment model by following below steps:
  1. Click on Equipment Menu (Menu >> Equipment)
  2. Click on Model. It will navigate to Model list page.
  3. Click on Add to create new Equipment model.
  4. Add model name.
  5. Add model number.
  6. Select Model type i.e. PPE Vending Machine OR Streben-RC-Card Reader V3.5
  7. Add connectivity Timeout. 
  • Connectivity Timeout is default time to start next sync cycle. i.e. time difference of two sync.
  • Connectivity timeout is used to find out machine connectivity status.
  • Connectivity Timeout should be defined in minutes.
  • If Connectivity Timeout for model is defined as 15 minutes and if equipment of that model does not send next sync call in 15 minutes then that equipment will be considered as Offline till we get new sync call.
  1. Add comments If any and click on save.

 

 

 

  1. Delete Equipment Model: 
  • Provider can delete Equipment model by selecting model from list and click on Delete button. 
  • Before deleting model, provider have to expire all equipment of selected model type else it will give error while deleting model.
