Create Sites of Customer: 

  • Every equipment is allocated to site of customer.
  • Provider can create site and location for customer and can allocate Equipment to site and location. 
  • Single customer may have multiple sites.
  • Site may have multiple locations.
  • Customer may have multiple equipment allocated to same location.

 

  1. Create site for Customer: 
  • Provider can create site for customer with Site address and other location information.
  • Customer can have access to check site details.
  • Provider can create new site by following below steps:
  1. Go to Sites page (Menu >> Sites)
  2. Click on Add to create new site and location for customer.
  3. Select Name of the customer for which you want to create site.

     If Customer does not exist, you can click on Create Contact button, it will redirect you to create contact form and you can add details to create customer contact.

 

  1. Add Site name.
  2. Add Site code.
  3. You can search site address from search field provided. Add site address it will search matching address from google map and will load matching address in dropdown. 

  1. Select address from the list. 
  2. Once you select address it will automatically load other address details automatically.

  1. Add contact details available for site like Phone number, Fax , Email.
  2. Add specific Instruction for sites (Not mandatory)
  3. Click on Next to add new Location details of site.
  4. Add location details like location name, Description, Number of stairs. 

  1. Click on finish to save Site and location details.
  2. New site details will be available in site list.

 

 

 

  1. Check Site and Location details Customer: 
  • Provider can create site contact. 
  • Customer and other contact have access to check site and location details.
  • Customer can check site details by clicking on site name from site list.

 

  • Click on Site name or site code to check site details.
  1. Header will show path details with Site name
  2. Header will show site name and Site address details. 
  3. Also shows address and number of locations available for the site.
  4. On extreme left of the details it also shows map with pin to site address.

  1. Site details will show site information added by Provider.
  2. Edit button will be enabled only for Provider. If require provider can click on edit to update site details.
  3. Site details will show Customer name, site code, name , address details and contact details added by Provider for the site.

  1. Check Location details for Customer site: 
  • Location information is available with site. 
  • You can click on site name and check for Locations tab.
  • Click on locations tab.

  • It will show all locations available for the selected site.
  • Provider can add new location by clicking on Add button. (Add button will be available only for Provider contact).
  1. User can search location using code or description.
  2. Click on location code to get location details.
  3. It will redirect to location details page. Location details will show below details :
  1. It will show path for location.
  2. Header will show location code.
  3. Also shows map with pin to location address.

  1. Click on Location details tab check location details. It will show location information added by Provider.

  1. Edit button will be enabled only for Provider to edit location details.
  2. Location details also includes equipment information allocated to selected location. (For allocation process Refer How to allocate Equipment)
  3. Click on Equipment tab to check equipment details.

  1. Equipment tab shows Equipment Serial number, Asset number , Last Connected (If available), Last Filled information and status information. 

Status description: 

  • Active/Expire : Equipment is active or Expire (Expire if equipment is deleted)
  • Offline/Online : Sync status of  Equipment.
  • Allocated/Ready to Allocate: Allocation status of Equipment.

 

 

 

  1. Delete Site or location:
  • Only provider have access to Delete/Remove site or location.
  • To Delete Site/location: 
  • Select site/location from the list.
  • Once you select single/Multiple site OR location, it will enable Delete button.
  • Click on delete to remove site/location information. 
  • When we delete site, it will also delete locations of site.

Note: Before deleting site make sure there are no equipment allocated to site.

If you delete site and there is equipment already allocated to site then it will give error as “Allocation already Exist”.
