Consumer Filler
Some cases Customer user need to fill machine instead of Provider due to remote location or other business reason. In those cases, a Customer user with a role of Consumer Filler can be used to fill equipment
Prerequisites to fill machine by consumer filler:
- Equipment need to be filled by consumer filler must be customer managed.

Steps To Set up Consumer filler for Customer:
PROVIDER LOGIN:
- Consumer filler can be assigned to the Customer Managed Equipment only. If Equipment needs to be filled by Consumer filler, then it should be marked as "Customer Managed".
- To Mark Equipment as Customer Managed:
- Navigate to Equipment details
- Open Allocation details.
- Check "Customer Managed?" field
- Save allocation details.
- Provider can’t fill Customer Managed machines. Once equipment is marked as Customer Managed, in Equipment list it should not show Fill Button for the fill. It will show details as "Customer Managed".
CUSTOMER LOGIN :
- To Set up Consumer filler, have to add user with role Consumer filler.
Steps to add User and give portal access to Consumer Filler. - Login as Customer
- Navigate to User Page.
- Click on Add to Add New User
- Add User details. (Email is mandatory if user needs an access to the portal.)
- Select Role as Consumer Filler. (User can not have Consumer filler and Consumer role both the roles.)
- Click on Send Invite, to send invite link on user email for portal access.
- User can login to the email added and click on link provided in the email to verify email and accept invite for portal access.
- Link will open new page to set password for consumer filler login. Add Password and save details.
Assign machines to Consumer Filler for fill.
- Customer can assign "Customer Managed" equipment to Consumer filler for Fill.
- Equipment Assignment to Consumer filler will be decided by Route details.
- To add route and assign machines follow below steps :
- Go to Route Menu and select planning
- Navigate to Route page.
- Click on Add to decide new route.
- Add route name and select filler from dropdown.
- Select Equipments from Allocation List. Allocation list will show all equipments which are marked as "Customer Managed"
- Select equipment from allocate list and move it to allocated to route list to assign machine to consumer filler route.
- Once you select equipment, it will remove equipment from allocation list to allocated to Route list. Allocated to Route will show all the equipments which are assigned to respective consumer filler.
- Save Route Details.
CONSUMER FILLER LOGIN
After assigning route to consumer filler, login as consumer filler to verify equipment access and Fill status report access.
- Login as Consumer filler.
- Consumer filler will have access to Equipment details and Fill status Report page.
- Equipment list will show all equipment which are assigned in route allocated to logged in consumer filler.
- Fill status report will also show details for only those equipment and sites which are added in route allocated to consumer filler.
