In some cases Provider can not fill the machines, Provider needs Third Party filler to fill machine on behalf of Provider, due to remote location or other business reason. In those cases, a user with a role of Third Party Filler can be used to fill equipment.

Prerequisites to fill machine by Third Party filler :

• Provider should have user with user role Third Party filler
   Refer: Provider Login
• Third Party filler must have route for assigned equipment
   Refer: Assign machines to Third Party Filler for fill
• Third Party filler should have access to portal.
   Refer: THIRD PARTY FILLER LOGIN

Steps To Set up Third Party filler for Provider:

PROVIDER LOGIN : 

To Set up Third Party filler, have to add user with role Third Party filler.
 Steps to add User and give portal access to Third Party Filler.

1. Login as Provider
2. Navigate to User Page.
3. Click on Add to Add New User
4. Add User details. (Email is mandatory if user needs an access to the portal.)
5. Select Role as Third Party Filler.

1. User can login to the email added and click on link provided in the email to verify email and accept invite for portal access.
2. Link will open new page to set password for Third Party filler login. Add Password and save details.

Assign machines to Third Party Filler for fill.

• Equipment Assignment to Third Party filler will be decided by Route details.
• To add route and assign machines follow below steps :
• Go to Route Menu and select planning

1. Navigate to Route page.
2. Click on Add to decide new route.
3. Add route name and select filler from dropdown.

1. Select Equipments from Allocation List. Allocation list will show all allocated equipments with site and location details.
2. Expand Site selection and Select equipments from allocate list and move it to allocated to route list to assign machine to Third Party filler route.

1. Once you select equipment, it will remove equipment from allocation list to allocated to Route list. Allocated to Route will show all the equipments which are assigned to respective Third Party filler.
2. Save Route Details.

THIRD PARTY FILLER LOGIN

After assigning route to Third Party filler, login as Third Party filler to verify equipment access and Fill status report access.

1. Login as Third Party filler.
2. Third Party filler will have access to Equipment details, Route and Fill status Report page.
3. Route details will show route assigned to logged in Third Party filler user with equipment assigned to that route.
4. Equipment list will show all equipment which are assigned in route allocated to logged in Third Party filler.

All equipments will have fill button, filler can use fill button to fill machine.
Steps to Fill machine :
 i) Set Hour and Minute of fill

ii) Select fill date from calendar
 iii) Click on Fill button and confirm fill.
