- Create Single/Multiple users by manually adding each detail:
Customer can create single/multiple user manually using portal Add User form.
- Name : Add First name and Last name of user.
- Email : Add email for user. It is optional field for all users. But it is mandatory for users where user need to have access to portal. Two users should not have same email. You can check option provided at bottom to send Invite. (Option will be available once you enter valid email Id)
- User Role : Select user role. User can have multiple roles.
- Contact Details : Add contact details like Phone or mobile no of user if available.
- Card No : Add card no for user. This is Alphanumeric and mandatory field. Card No is used for sale. Therefore, it should be unique for each users.
- Contactor : Sub Contractor is Third Party company who provides resources for Customer. Customer must add business details of Contractor before creating user. Customer can select contractor name from drop down.
- Department : Select Department for user. Customer must add departments before creating users. To Identify user department like Admin, technical etc.
- Facility Id : Add Facility Id. It is numeric and mandatory field. Facility Id is used with Card no for sale. Successful transaction is authenticated by Card no and facility Id combination.
- Access Code : Add Access Code for user. It is numeric and optional field. User can either use card no and facility Id for transaction or can user Access code with Pin for transaction.
- Pin : Pin is numeric field. User need pin If want to access machine with access code.
- User Profile : This is new feature planned to measure safety profile for each user. Safety profile can be used for monitoring product usage by each user with safety measures. This feature is still in development phase. By default you can check for Exclude Usage Profile.
If you want to add more users you can click on add, it will open new form to add users.
- Click on save to add user details. If multiple user forms are filled, then it will add all users on single save.
ASSIGN ACCESS TO USERS :
Administration >> Users
- Customer can assign access to users manually one by one from user details page.
- You can open user details by clicking on user name
- Click on Equipments tab
- Select equipment/s for which you want to assign access.
- Click on save.
- Once you assign access, it will show status as Access Pending, after syncing user access with machine status will be updated as Access Allowed.
- If you want to assign multiple user to same machine/s, you can use Assign Equipments to consumer.
- Change number of records showing on page if you have large number of users and want to assign access to multiple users.
- Select users from list. Once you select user it will enable button Assign Equipments to Consumers.
